Our Core Values
We value People, therefore we will place their needs, their purpose, and their development, at the very forefront of all that
we do.
We value the Word of God as the inerrant foundation of our lives, therefore it will unconditionally govern every aspect of
our work, our ministry, and our personal behavior.
We value the Manifest Presence of God, therefore we will invest ourselves in a lifestyle of worship and in the continual,
fervent pursuit of genuine worship encounters.
We value the Development of the Body of Christ, therefore we will spend our time, our effort, and our resources on the restoration,
training, equipping, and releasing of every person in our care into the work to which God has called them.
We value Diversity, therefore we determine that our reach will not be limited by age, race, or background.

Our History
Family Foursquare was founded by Pastors Helen and Ken Castanien in 1995. In January of 2005 the Family Foursquare congregation
received a miracle from the Lord when it moved into a 16000 sq ft facility at 7020 Ramona Blvd in Jacksonville Fl with 5 ½
acres of land. For several years, church and school were in the Wesconnett Methodist Church located at 5630 Wesconnett Blvd
in Jacksonville. Pastor George Dzyndra and the congregation graciously opened their doors and hearts to the Family Foursquare
congregation to use some surplus facility they had available for the church and campus education.
In April 2003 Family Foursquare was blessed with a new and spirit filled pastorial graduate from the Life Bible Collage
East in Christianburg, VA, Tomaz A. Williams. He is accompanied with his wife Margaret and five children, Shekinah, Jenesis,
Zoe, Judah and Elijah. He has a dynamic message for everyone, come and experience GOD's awesome message through this inspiring
christian leader and minister.
In January 2006 with new vision from the Lord Pastor Tomaz Williams, the name was changed to New Beginnings Christian Center.
God is doing a new thing at New Beginnings come and visit and see the what God is doing through His people.
